ReturnsLIVFRESH DENTAL GEL
Sealed (unopened) products in undamaged original packaging may be returned to LIVFRESH Dental within 30 days of purchase. This applies to all one-time and subscription purchases. The customer is responsible for all costs involved in the return process (shipping, etc), and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect and/or defective item, etc), LIVFRESH Dental will cover the shipping fees for your return. You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days of shipping your return to us. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order details, and we will respond swiftly with instructions on how to begin the returns process. Return policies are subject to change at the discretion of LIVFRESH Dental.
Product purchases are final after 21 calendar days from the purchase date. However, if you have an issue with the product and need to return the item, please Contact Us with your order details within 21 days of purchase. The LIVFRESH Teeth Whitening System has a warranty period of 1 calendar year upon purchase. Please note that the warranty period only applies to the LIVFRESH Teeth Whitening System, and not for any of our other items. The warranty exclusively covers any defective electronic items (blue LED accelerator) and mechanical malfunctions (i.e issues with serum dispenser/applicator). The maximum warranty amount is equal to the price paid by the customer.
The LIVFRESH Results Guarantee exclusively covers the LIVFRESH Mobile Whitening System and not any other items. To qualify for the guarantee, the user must achieve whitening results fewer than 2 shades brighter or experience extreme sensitivity within 21 days of purchase. In order to qualify for the guarantee, the user must take before & after time-stamped photos of their teeth to provide proof of claim. All claims must be filed within 21 days of purchase. Our team reviews each claim and reserves the sole right to declare a claim as false or inappropriate.
The Results Guarantee does not apply to those who have used whitening products (i.e. other teeth whitening products, professional whitening treatment) within the 6 months prior to purchase, to those with pre-existing conditions (sensitivity, cavities, gum disease, etc, and to those who have had significant dental work (i.e. bridges, caps, veneers).
The Results Guarantee is solely limited to the aforementioned. and maximum results guarantee amount is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer. We suggest each user read the ingredients and warnings section of our product before use.
To provide you with quick and efficient shipping, once an order is placed, we are most likely unable to edit or cancel an order. However, you may return your order for a refund. Please review our Return Policy if you wish to return your order. Return policies vary for each product.

With the Subscribe & Save program, you will now be able to get your order delivered to your doorstep. Available delivery schedule options are chosen by the Seller and are subject to change. Once a delivery schedule is chosen, a subscriber will have to re-subscribe if he or she wants a different product and/or delivery schedule. Custom delivery schedules will not be created for customers. There is no fee to subscribe and you will automatically receive at least a 10% discount when placing a subscription order; no coupon code is needed.
Please Note: We monitor our subscription program closely for customer abuse and/or misuse. Seller has the right to to cancel orders, including subscriptions, at its sole discretion. Also, additional discounts will only be valid for the first shipment, and pricing will revert back to set schedule for subsequent shipments. Multiple coupon codes and/or cart-level discounts cannot be combined and/or used together. Lastly, for those who have been grandfathered into pricing, you will lose your special pricing if you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription or update your address and/or payment method for your subscription option within your account settings at any time. If you wish to skip your next subscription delivery, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
