How Long Does Delivery Take?
Depending on the shipping method selected at check out, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following its confirmation. International orders take 5-10 days.
How to cancel an order?
To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please get in touch with Customer Service immediately.
If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after you get your package.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 business hours.
Do You Ship Orders Internationally?
Yes, we usually ship vis US Postal Service. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties. If the customer does not follow-up with the local customs authority in time, the package may be returned to the shipper. In that case, we will refund the price of the product. Shipping cost, or re-shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
What Shipping Rates and Methods Are Available?
The default shipping method for all U.S. orders is USPS and is offered free of charge for orders $50 and up. For orders below $50, standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $4.99. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 delivery) is offered at an additional rate of $9.95.
What is Your Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@GetLivFresh.com. If your return is approved by our customer success team, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is There a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
This applies for 30 days after ordering your item.
The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first order by a new customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the order. Returns shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will only be accepted with a maximum of one open tube or whitening system/kit. For example, if the order had 3 tubes and a whitening system. Only one of the products can be returned open. To further clarify, if the user chooses to open the 3 tubes, only 1 tube may be opened. If more than 1 tube has been unsealed, then the guarantee is void. The other products need to be returned in resalable condition, so please package keeping this in mind (i.e., not in an envelope, but in a box).
What if there is any Damage and/or Issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. That enables us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
For any approved returns, a refund will only be issued, for the portion of products, that are received in resalable condition (i.e., undamaged folding carton, sealed and undented tube, unopened sealed whitening kit/strip),
What is I Need an Exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If there is an error in shipping, LivFresh will provide a prepaid shipping label, and ship a free replacement, upon approval from our customer success team. If the exchange is for any other reason, the customer will pay shipping costs for the return of product and a flat standard shipping and processing fee of $6.99.
What if I Received a Cashback?
If you have received promotional cash back on your order (whether in the form of an LivFresh Gift Card or Visa Gift Card), we cannot accept returns on your order once the cash back has been redeemed. Exchanges will be only allowed on a case-by-case basis.
How Does My Refund Get Credited?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
