When I was a kid, I used to think one just put toothpaste on their teeth and it would simply "activate" the clean. Yes, I brush now... but this toothpaste is as close as you can get to my childhood fantasy. Better yet, no more fuzzy teeth in the morning!
When I was 50 I had braces put I on my lower teeth to try to straighten and also put them in an upright position. Took two years but achieved what I wanted. However in the intervening 22 years my lower gums have receded. I purchased your product in the hopes some of that receding might be stopped, possibly reversed. Please note the yellowing on my teeth is from tetracycline. My mom was allergic to penicillin. Tetracycline was the treatment of choice way back when until they realized it stained the permanent teeth of the children born of such women.

I am trying the toothpaste and mouthwash. The toothpaste I would prefer it was foaming rather than not. The mouthwash seems to be like Listerin, I would like it to have the taste of Closys which kills bad breath but I would like it to be more the result to reduce plaque and bacteria levels in our mouths.
I think the toothpaste is too expensive. The container is too small and I’ve also like to know what you put in it because I’m diabetic and it flies up my sugars.
My teeth are fine. They are clean and white about as white as they are going to get. I have bought a lot of different kind of toothpastes and the result is always the same color. They are not what you would call sparkling but, they do the job.
The toothpaste I find effective and will continue using it. Which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, buying directly from LivFresh is a waste of money. The discount they provide for buying a four pack is mostly offset by the cost of shipping and their shipping process is ridiculously slow. I ordered the product on Monday, November 17, 2025 and it didn’t arrive until the evening of the 28th. This is priced as a first class product yet they use the slowest and lowest quality shipping process possible. Resulting in my order, taking 11 days to get from their distribution center in Iowa to Cincinnati. Ohio. This tells me they don’t care about their customers.

Use right after brushing with your LIVFRESH gel toothpaste:
- Adults: pour 10 mL (to the 10 mL mark on the cap), swish for 30–60 seconds across all areas of the mouth, then spit. Do not swallow, and don’t dilute with water.
- Children 11 and under: do not use.
- Keep out of reach of children under 12
- If more than the recommended amount is accidentally swallowed, contact a Poison Control Center right away
- Stop use and ask a dentist if oral irritation or new symptoms develop
- If pregnant, check with your healthcare provider before use
- Fluoride-free gels: made with safe ingredients for the whole family, with adult supervision for young children. Kids+ and Mild Peppermint are safe to swallow, and our non-foaming formulas are made with safe, food-grade ingredients.
- Gum Protect+: for adults and children 12 years of age and older. Do not swallow. Children under 12: ask a dentist.
- Mouthwash: for ages 12 and over. Not for children 11 and under.
