How do I use LIVFRESH Mouthwash?
Right after brushing, swish 10 mL for 30–60 seconds, then spit. Don’t dilute with water.

Is it safe for kids?
LIVFRESH Mouthwash is for ages 12 and over. Do not use in children 11 and under.

When will I see results?
You’ll notice a cleaner, fresher mouth from the first use. With daily use alongside your LIVFRESH gel, you may notice less buildup and fresher breath that lasts longer.

Apply a pea-sized amount to a wet toothbrush. Brush gently in small circles for 2 minutes. Spit out, do not rinse for best results. Use twice daily.
