Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush and spread it across your teeth. Brush gently for 2 minutes, then spit out. For best results, don't rinse afterward. Use twice daily, or as directed by your dentist.
Mouthwash
Pour 10 mL (about one capful) into a cup. Rinse thoroughly for 30 to 60 seconds, reaching all areas and the gumline. Spit out completely and do not swallow. Use twice daily, ideally right after brushing.
